Sculpted from oak sourced from sustainably managed forests, Bezhin draws inspiration from the delicate, fractal forms of an alga floating between two waters. It evokes the ancient and profound connection that unites us with the ocean, the source of life, the cradle of our origins.
The openwork lines allow light to pass through like a seaweed leaf swaying in the currents. Each cut is a breath, a memory of the water. Bezhin invites us to slow down, to listen, to remember: we are all children of the sea.
