In accordance with French law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without justification or penalty. This period is extended to 30 days for defective or non-compliant items.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Sculptures must be returned in their original condition.

To return an item, please contact us at message@atelier-legovic.com for a return number and specific instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or due to our error.

In case of return, we will replace the item if it is defective or does not match the order. If an exchange is not possible, we will refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method as when purchasing.

If you receive a damaged or defective sculpture, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a free return and replacement.

Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the event of a defect or error on our part.

Delivery times vary depending on product availability and destination. Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent as soon as the order is on its way.
