Branchiom, a surreal breath of fresh air from dreams and elsewhere. 🌫️
In this dreamlike work, the human silhouette becomes a threshold, a door to the invisible. The body fragments, branches out, releasing ethereal forms that outline an inner world in perpetual motion.
Branchiom no longer breathes air: he breathes the unknown. He is a metaphor for a need for escape, a gentle drift toward sensitive, silent, almost forgotten elsewheres.
Through this enigmatic figure, the work questions our relationship with the invisible: what if our desires for escape were rooted in impalpable spaces? The visual invites us to dream and lose our bearings, somewhere between deep introspection and poetic inspiration.
The original work, created in Indian ink, combines the finesse of line with the lightness of emptiness. It delicately oscillates between graphic precision and imaginative impulse, drawing an inner map beyond time.
